2.5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, there is disagreement with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if a period of twenty business days has elapsed without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the

Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
