Ekuanime Technology Group, S.L, is committed to making its website and mobile application accessible, in accordance with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7, on accessibility of websites and mobile applications of the public sector.

2. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR ITS APPLICATION IN THE NATIONAL CONTEXT

The accessibility statement may refer to one or more websites and/or one or more mobile applications as long as they have the same compliance status, the same inaccessible content, and the same information from the rest of the statement also applies to them. However, for clarity in reading and interpretation for users, it is recommended that there be an accessibility statement for each website or for each mobile application.

The reference to the “national legislation that transposes the Directive” is the Royal

This website is partially compliant with the accessibility requirements due to the lack of conformity of the aspects below:

• Certain aspects of the contact form.
• Occasional use of colors with low contrast.

2.4. OBSERVATIONS AND CONTACT INFORMATION

You can make communications about accessibility requirements (article 10.2.a) of RD 1112/2018) such as:

• transmit other difficulties in accessing the content

You can submit:

• a Complaint regarding compliance with the requirements of RD 1112/2018 or

In the Accessible Information Request, the facts, reasons, and request that allow verifying that it is a reasonable and legitimate request must be specified with complete clarity.

2.5. APPLICATION PROCEDURE

If, once an accessible information request or complaint has been made, it has been rejected, there is disagreement with the decision adopted, or the response does not meet the requirements contemplated in article 12.5, the interested party may initiate a claim. A claim may also be initiated if a period of twenty business days has elapsed without obtaining a response.

The claim can be submitted through the Generic Instance of the Electronic Headquarters of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, as well as in the rest of the options included in Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the

Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
